Jennifer Falkner, PA-C

Jennifer cares for patients with both acute and chronic conditions all the while focusing on individual wellness and preventative medicine. She is passionate about empowering patients through health education and partnering with patients to improve their overall quality of life. She is a nationally certified and state licensed physician assistant.

She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch after graduating from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Also, she is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, dancing, traveling to new and favorite places and loves spending time with her husband and young son.
