Jasmin Jacob, FNP-BC

Jasmin Jacob is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  With over 10 years as a healthcare provider, she has a passion for patient education and partnering with her patients to improve their overall health.  Her clinical interests include health promotion and preventative care along with the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and thyroid disorders

Jasmin received her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch.  Prior to her career in healthcare, she served as a high school mathematics educator.

She is a native Houstonian and is a resident of Sugar Land.  Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
